At Elysian Flame, we take immense pride in crafting and delivering premium, handcrafted candles with the highest standards of quality and care. Each product is carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch to ensure you receive only the finest experience.
Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.
No Return or Exchange Once Dispatched
Due to the fragile and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not offer returns, replacements, or exchanges once an order has been dispatched from our facility. This policy is applicable to all domestic and international orders.
We encourage our customers to carefully review product descriptions, scent notes, size, and images before placing an order.
Exceptions – Damaged or Wrong Products (Only Applicable Before Dispatch)
While we maintain strict quality control, if you believe there has been:
- A manufacturing defect, or
- You have received an incorrect product,
please contact us within 24 hours of order placement and before the order is dispatched. After dispatch, we will not be able to make any modifications or accept complaints.
Important Notes
- Color, design, and scent perceptions may vary slightly due to photography lighting, screen resolution, and individual preferences. These variations do not qualify for return or exchange.
- Natural imperfections such as slight air bubbles, frosting (in soy wax), or minor irregularities in handcrafted products are normal and do not affect candle performance. These are not considered defects.
- Refusal to accept delivery or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer will not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Since we operate a No Return/No Exchange policy, refunds are not applicable under normal circumstances. In rare cases where an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock issues or payment errors, we will contact you and initiate a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
