1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.
- Each candle is freshly handcrafted with care. During high-demand seasons, processing time may extend slightly — we’ll keep you informed if delays occur.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after dispatch (depending on your location).
- We ship across all major cities and towns in India via reliable courier partners.
- Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999
- A standard shipping fee of ₹69 applies for orders below ₹999
3. International Shipping
We proudly ship select products internationally.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days (depending on country, customs clearance, and shipping partner).
- Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and order size.
- Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applicable in their respective countries. Elysian Flame is not liable for delays due to customs processes.
Currently, we ship to countries including the US, UK, Canada, UAE, Singapore, and Australia. For other countries, please contact us before placing an order.

Elysian Flame will not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will assist you in tracking or resolving such issues.
6. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order.
- If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unreachable customer, or non-acceptance, no refund or reshipment will be issued as per our No Return/Exchange policy.
